Flat Sole. They measure 1/2" at the toe and 3/4" at the heel.

If you wear a half size, it is recommended to go up-for example I wear an 8 1/2 so I wear a 9.

The measurements are from the top of the toe to the heel.

Size 6 measures 9 1/4"

Size 7 measures 9 1/2"

Size 8 measures 10"

Size 9 measures approx 10 1/4"
